Speed & Agility Testing - Teams/Clubs
Up to 40 Athletes will be tested in all 5 traditional combine speed & agility events:
- 40-Yard Dash
- 20-Yard Shuttle (5-10-5 drill)
- 3-Cone Drill
- Standing Long Jump
- Vertical Leap
Testing in speed & agility events utilizes Zybek Sports automatic timing (the same timing system used at the NFL Combines and the Olympic Training Center).
Upon completion, athletes receive both actual performance marks in each event plus their age-adjusted SR Score (a single number that represents their overall speed & agility score for all events). Athletes will also receive a non-age-adjusted score, so that they can compare their current marks with those expected at the age of maximum performance (ages 22-39).
Football players can compare their scores to those of drafted NFL Combine players at their same position.
In addition, teams/clubs will receive a copy of the SpeedRunner training book along with recommendations for specific training to improve their SR Scores in future testing and on the court or field of play.

Individual testing is performed at team/club facility, by appointment. For locations in Southern California more than 25 miles from SpeedRunner's headquarters in South Pasadena, travel costs may be added to the testing fee.
